Dr. Minh N. Ho, M.D.

The XPert Fertility Care of California established since 1995 by Minh N. Ho, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. with two main locations in San Diego and Orange County plus several other affiliated facilities in La Jolla, Orange, Huntington Beach, Los Angeles and soon in San Jose.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Minh N. Ho is a Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. D. Ho came to the United States in 1980 as a boat-people refugee seeking for freedom. He was accepted to medical school after only two years of undergraduate education at the University of Miami. Having received his MD degree in 1986 at the same institution, he then completed the internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the world famous, Parkland Memorial Hospital, Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas under the mentorship of Dr. Norman Gant. In 1990 he relocated to San Diego and practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology with special interest in Infertility and Laser Laparoscopy. He became a citizen of the United States in the same year. In 1995 he finished fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility at the University of California, San Diego with Dr. Samuel Yen. He was also a Guest Scientist in Reproductive Medicine at the National Institutes of Health, Maryland, investigating the clinical effects of Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone Agonist. He is currently an active member of the clinical faculty of the Reproductive Medicine Department at the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Ho married to another Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Dr. Mylinh Ho. They are proud to be parents of Vincent, Amy, and Nathaniel.
