• What are the clinic's live birth rates for my age group?
• How many IVF cycles are canceled before egg retrieval? Before embryo transfer?
• Does the fertility clinic have an age limit? For what reasons?
• Does the clinic cryopreserve embryos?
• What is the multiple birth rate?
• What counseling and support services are available at the clinic?
• How much will the procedure cost?
• When is the payment due?
